Redesign | Info-Supplement Bulletin

__Overview
This project is presented in a “Before and After” format, with the images included below to illustrate the document’s complete visual transformation.

__The Problem
The original newsletter had rich content but suffered from an outdated layout. The information provided by the department was too dense, which hindered readability and prevented readers from quickly identifying key messages.

__The Objective
At the institution’s request, the goal of this redesign was to completely refresh the newsletter’s look to offer a modern and streamlined visual style. The project required restructuring the content to optimize the information hierarchy and make reading much more enjoyable.

__My Work
For this project, I completely redesigned the editorial grid to better distribute white space and give the text room to breathe. I selected contemporary corporate typefaces and a balanced color palette that reinforce the document’s professional image. I also reorganized the heading structure to naturally guide readers’ eyes toward key information.

__The Result
Thanks to this redesign, the look and feel is now completely up to date, providing a modern, clear communication platform tailored to the needs of the institutional sector. This clean, minimalist visual design immediately captures attention and conveys the organization’s messages effectively and professionally.
