Redesign | Internal Communications Design – Institutional Sector

__Overview
This project is presented in a “Before and After” format, with the images included below to illustrate the document’s complete visual transformation.

__The Problem
This newsletter contained essential advice on health and germ prevention. However, the original layout was too dense, visually unappealing, and made it difficult for the general public to read the safety guidelines.

__The Objective
The goal was to completely restructure the newsletter to make it dynamic, reassuring, and very easy to understand. The challenge was to create a modern visual design that would encourage readers to engage with the recommendations while maintaining the accuracy of the medical information.

__My Work
For this project, I redesigned the entire layout, creating space to let the text breathe. I selected fresh colors and highly legible fonts to highlight the prevention tips. I also incorporated simple graphic elements to guide the reader’s eye toward urgent information.

__The Result
The final newsletter has become a true preventive communication tool—clear and easy to read. Thanks to this clean design, public health messages are immediately understandable, which enhances the document’s impact and credibility with the audience.
